How do I manage team members and service allocation?
In your service hub dashboard, you can add team members as service providers. Once added, you can allocate specific team members to specific services, allowing customers to book with particular staff members. This feature is available on all plans.
How does the booking status system work?
Bookings go through several stages: Pending → Confirmed → Completed/Cancelled/No-show. You can manage these statuses from your dashboard. Customers receive automatic email notifications for status changes, and you can mark bookings as no-show when needed.
How do I connect my Google Calendar?
Google Calendar integration is available on Premium and Pro plans. In your service hub settings, find the integrations section and connect your Google account. This provides two-way sync - bookings appear in your Google Calendar, and calendar events prevent double-booking on Schedzy.
How do I handle customer reviews?
Customers can leave reviews after completing bookings. As a service provider, you receive notifications about new reviews and can approve or reject them from your pending reviews dashboard. Approved reviews appear on your public service hub page.
Can I use my own domain instead of the Schedzy subdomain?
Currently, all service hubs use the format yourbusiness.schedzy.app. Custom domain support may be available in future updates. Your subdomain is set during the onboarding process and creates a professional booking experience for your customers.
